Boundary Waters

In September, Sam and Ben joined some friends of ours on an adventurous trip to the Boundary Waters.  This is a Minnesotan right of passage.  Located on the Minnesota/Canadian border, there is a bundle of lakes that are full of fish and beautiful scenery, just waiting for manly men like ours to concur them.  They spend three days paddling, hiking, packing and camping their way through one portage after another.  By the end of their trip, the boys were ready to get back home and relax.  They seem like they had a great time and made a lot of memories that they will never forget.    

The girls and I were also extremely happy to have the boys home safe and sound.
